Gannett Co. and Morris Multimedia Monday announced an exchange of newspapers. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed, but Gannett will acquire The Review Appeal (circulation 6,800) in Franklin, Tenn. and
the Daily News Journal (circulation 15,000) in Murfreesboro, Tenn., and two weeklies and a monthly publication, all owned by Morris Multimedia. Morris will get The Times (circulation 20,100) in
Gainesville, Ga., along with several non-dailies in the region.
