TiVo announced that third-quarter service and technology revenue increased 22% to $52.6 million, compared with $43.2 million for the same period last year. TiVo reported a net loss of $11.1 million,
compared to a net loss of $14.2 million for the third quarter of 2005. Overall, TiVo reported that subscriptions were up 24% year-over-year, but there was a net decline in DirecTV TiVo
subscriptions. For the fourth quarter of fiscal 2007, TiVo anticipates service and technology revenues in the range of $54 million to $55 million, a net loss of $33 million to $38 million.
