ALLIE CARSIA has been named director of marketing for Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel. Carsia previously worked at Reed Television Group as a Regional Sales Manager where she was responsible for managing all West Coast account activity for Multichannel News and Broadcasting & Cable magazines.
