Warner Bros. will acquire 10% of the stock of SCi Entertainment, the parent company of game label Eidos, and release the licenses of several entertainment properties to the publisher. The properties include the comic book version of "Batman," the "Looney Tunes," "The O.C.," and "Legion of Super Heroes."
