Anheuser-Busch Introduces Wheat-Free Beer

Anheuser-Busch is first out of the gate in the U.S. with the wheat- and gluten-free Redbridge Sorghum Beer. It is distributing the lager brand through stores selling organic products and in restaurants.

Sorghum beer has been available internationally for years and is popular in many African countries. A-B worked with the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness to better understand the needs of consumers with gluten- and/or wheat-free lifestyles.
