Omnicom CFO Dumps Shares

The AP reported that Randy Weisenburger, CFO of advertising agency holding company Omnicom, exercised his options on a total of 300,000 shares, selling 210,000 last week, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Weisenburger exercised options for 110,000 shares for $47.74 each on Wednesday and sold them the same day for $104.26. The next day, he exercised 189,900 shares for $47.74 and sold 99,800 for $104.26. New York-based Omnicom is the parent of ad agencies DDB and BBDO and media shops OMD and PHD.
