Employers placed approximately 3.34 million help wanted ads online last month, marking a 17% increase from December of 2005, according to a new report by The Conference Board. Still, postings were
down 10% from November's approximate 3.71 million. The Conference Board attributed the monthly decline to a slowdown in hiring during the holidays.
