SESHADRI SAMPATH has been named regional director for BBDO in Singapore, overseeing the agency's P&G and ICI Dulux businesses. He was most recently CEO of BBDO Singapore. In addition, JEAN PAUL BURGE will move from Hong Kong to Singapore to take on the role of BBDO Singapore. Lastly, ROD STROTHER was named managing director of Proximity.
