DEBRA J. MENIN has been promoted to vice president/ national entertainment director for PARADE magazine. In her new role, Menin is responsible for managing the magazine’s Los Angeles and East Coast entertainment accounts. She joined PARADE as vice president/Los Angeles manager in 2003.
