Omniture has agreed to acquire Touch Clarity, a provider of behavioral targeting software, for up to $51.5 million. Omniture also is unveiling a new analytics product, Omniture Discover 2.0, which allows companies to create and compare multiple customer segments and performance metrics in real time, among other new features.
