"Adapt, evolve or die." Those were the words of wisdom, if not encouragement, offered to U.S. broadcasters by Federal Communications Commission Chairman Michael Powell Tuesday during a keynote at the
Association of National Broadcasters conference in Las Vegas. Referencing a slew of new digital media technologies, including prospects for "Wi-Fi broadcast" that will compete directly with free,
over-the-air broadcasting, Powell said, "You're going to have a problem."
