KAREN DELUCA was promoted to senior vice president, group media director, from vice president, associate media director. She works on DIRECTV, Sports Authority and Aegon accounts. SETH FRIEDMAN was named senior vice president, senior account planner, upfrom vice president, senior account planner. He works on the Westin, Sheraton and Novartis accounts.
