Aspen Marketing Services named GARRIN KAPECKI as vice president of business-to-business. Kapecki will oversee account teams supporting Aspen Marketing’s current B2B clients as well as pursuing new business opportunities. Prior to joining Aspen, Kapecki was vice president of marketing at Meridian Media Group.
