directly to Nasreen Madhany, Neo@Ogilvy worldwide CEO. Wheeler spent four years at Ogilvy, one year as Neo@Ogilvy North American CEO--a position OgilvyOne created after the January 2006 breakup of its
mOne partnership with WPP sister agency MindShare.
