MSN, Overture Extend Search Agreement Through June '05

  • October 19, 2003
Microsoft and Overture Friday announced an extension of their search distribution agreement in the U.S. and the U.K. through June 2005. Terms were not disclosed, but the deal is assumed to be based on an ad revenue split between the listing provider and the Web site on which the ads appear.
