combined. As part of a pre-existing executive stock option scheme, Aegis last week granted Verklin 285,229 new shares of Aegis stock, bringing his total number of options to 4,527,383. Following
similar grants, the three other directors on Aegis' management team - Adrian Chedore, Robert Lerwill, and Mainardo de Nardos - own a combined 5,487,886 share options.
