Julie Roehm, fired by Wal-Mart and accused of violating company ethics rules, herself is accusing the retail giant of accepting sweetheart deals, travel and concert tickets from suppliers and engaging in improper relationships, the Wall Street Journal reported on Saturday.

Roehm's court filing accuses Wal-Mart CEO H. Lee Scott Jr. of "accepting 'preferential prices' on boats and jewelry from financier Irwin Jacobs, whose companies do everything from sell boats to Wal-Mart to buy unsold goods from the retailer," the paper reported.

Wal-Mart denies the charges.

In March, the retailer accused Roehm of having an improper romantic relationship with a subordinate, accepting gifts from suppliers and misusing her company expense account.
