Atlas DMT Acquires NetConversions

Atlas DMT's latest acquisition is Seattle-based NetConversions, a provider of website usability technology and services for optimizing marketers' websites. In December, Atlas DMT acquired Denver-based GO TOAST, a paid search management and optimization technology provider. NetConversions will operate as Atlas NetConversions, a complementary offering to Atlas Vital Signs, a website analytics and metrics technology that gives advertisers a single view of customer behavior and campaign performance. The combined technology and services allows Atlas DMT to not only diagnose where within a site consumers drop out of the purchase process, but identify exactly what elements need to be changed to improve conversion rates.
