"I think people loved it. I think it really struck a nerve with regular people and the ad industry," says Janet Kestin, chief creative officer for Ogilvy/Toronto, which created the Dove viral video that took two categories.

"It kind of won the New World and the Old. By creating something in the New World, it migrated its way back to the traditional world and was more powerful than a lot that started there."
