CHRIS HARDER was named svp, associate managing director of MediaVest's Los Angeles office. In addition to her primary responsibilities on Mattel, Harder will handle digital integration, agency training and new and organic business growth in LA. Most recently, Harder served as svp, client director, MediaVest USA.
