Broadband TV network JumpTV has agreed to pay $60.25 million for the Broadband Network business unit of XOS Technologies Inc., which streams thousands of NCAA games including football, men's and
women's basketball, volleyball, baseball and track and field events. The unit currently has more than 150 official and exclusive broadband relationships with U.S. colleges, universities, conferences
and professional sports teams including programs within the SEC, Big 12 and Big 10 conferences.
The Broadband Network business generated $2.45 million in revenue during the five months ending May
30, with an operating loss of $3.17 million.
