Gruppo Campari Acquires Daucourt Martin Spirits

Skyy Spirits' parent company, Milan-based Gruppo Campari, has acquired X-Rated Fusion Liqueur, Jean-Marc XO Vodka, and X-Rated Vodka from Daucourt Martin Imports.
Daucourt Martin Imports was launched in 2004 as a luxury spirits company founded by award-winning spirits creator Jean-Marc Daucourt and Todd Martin, the former Allied Domecq North America president.
The acquisition of these brands comes on the heels of Gruppo Campari's May 7th announcement of their Cabo Wabo Tequila majority stake purchase.
