Late Night TV Host Tom Snyder Dies

Tom Snyder, a pioneer of late-night TV, has died at 71. Lampooned by Dan Aykroyd on "Saturday Night Live," Synder was known for his laid-back, sometimes irreverent style. He did a number of well-known interviews, including ones with John Lennon and Charles Manson. He worked in radio and TV news before becoming a TV host.
