Yahoo Enhances Web Mail Service

Yahoo has enhanced Yahoo Mail to include two real-time communication features: the ability to send free text messages from Yahoo Mail to mobile phone numbers in the U.S., Canada, India and the Philippines, and the ability to send instant messages from Yahoo Mail to members of the world's largest IM community, including users of Yahoo Messenger and Windows Live Messenger. Yahoo Mail Classic continue as a product offering.
