L90, Inc. is in the news and they're not going to court this time. The online media and direct marketing company has announced that it has been named the new list manager for the New York Daily News
consumer databases. L90 will begin management of all the paper's consumer databases, including: an Active Subscriber list; a Contest Entrants list; and a combined list of Active Subscribers, Contest
Entrants, and Expired Subscribers. In their totality, these databases represent more than 260,000 New York area consumers.
