Blackborn Named Global Client Chief At Starcom MediaVest Group

Publicis Groupe has restructured its global media operations, naming Matt Blackborn global client services director of Starcom Mediavest Group. Blackborn, who was CEO of Publicis Groupe Media Middle East and North Africa, will operate out of London and will oversee SMG's strategy for central client management and will develop global client assignments. He reports to SMG chief Renetta McCann.
Mike Readman, global head of media for Cereal Partners Worldwide and former COO of Universal McCann EMEA, has been named chairman of Publicis Groupe Media Middle East and North Africa. He will be based in Dubai.
