MARC USA hired AL HAZEN as a creative director to work on Rite Aid and the Pennsylvania Lottery. In addition, FRANCIS CLEETUS joined the agency as an associate creative director to work on Moen, Mohawk, Alouette Cheese and the Pittsburgh Zoo.
