ABCSearch, the largest privately held pay-per-click (PPC) Ad Network, has joined the new ValidClick AdExchange as a launch partner.

ValidClick AdExchange, introduced at ad:tech NY, is the first open, quality-controlled, PPC marketplace. It is a product of an exclusive technology alliance between Think Partnership Inc. and Fair Isaac Corporation, a provider of analytics and decision management technology.

The ValidClick AdExchange aims to protect online advertisers from click fraud and low click quality.
