XM Offers Free Service To Former Customers

XM Radio wants its former customers back. So it's hoping an offer of three months of free service--applied over the first six months of a subscription--will do the trick. The offer is time-framed: customers must reactivate their XM receiver between Nov. 23 and Dec. 31. As XM hopes to merge with Sirius, it's trying to up its subscriber base.
