L90 CFO Resigns

Internet advertising agency L90 Inc. said today that its chief financial officer Thomas Sebastian, who was on administrative leave, had resigned. Still under investigation by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the LA-based company also said it officially ended its merger agreement with online entertainment network eUniverse Inc. and paid an unidentified amount of eUniverse's merger-related expenses after formally ending the deal.
