Beasley Sells Two New Orleans FM Stations

Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc., a large- and mid-size market radio broadcaster, today announced that it has closed the previously announced sale of two FM radio stations in the New Orleans radio market, WRNO-FM and KMEZ-FM, to Wilks Broadcasting, LLC for total consideration of approximately $23.0 million.
