Paul Bascobert has been promoted to chief marketing officer for the Dow Jones Consumer Media Group, replacing Ann Marks. Bascobert was previously senior vice president of operations. Marks has left the company as part of a broad restructuring of management undertaken at the behest of Dow Jones' new owner, Rupert Murdoch. Bascobert's old role is being filled by Joe Vincent, senior vice president of operations at the New York Post, also owned by News Corp.
