'Time' Editor Jumps To Simon & Schuster

Usually, print editors jump to other pubs or the Internet. But Priscilla Painton, most recently deputy managing editor of Time magazine, is moving to book publishing. Simon & Schuster named her its new editor in chief of its adult trade imprint. Painton had been with Time since 1989. She replaces Michael Korda.
