MySpace Promotes Berman To New Role of Marketing EVP

MySpace has promoted Jeff Berman to the position of executive vice president of marketing and content.

In his newly created role, Berman will be responsible for all new marketing initiatives and campaigns. He will also oversee the expansion MySpace franchises including Music, Film, Comedy, MySpaceTV, and the newly launched MySpace Celebrity, among others.

Berman joined MySpace in 2006 as senior vice president of public affairs, where he led the creation of the Impact Channel, MySpace's hub for social and political engagement.
