Looksmart Names West President And CEO

LookSmart, Ltd. announced that Edward (Ted) West, interim president and CEO of LookSmart since August 2007, has been appointed president and CEO of the San Francisco-based company. West will continue to serve as chair of the company's Board of Directors.
LookSmart also announced that William J. Bush, the company's CFO was replaced effective Jan. 24 by R. Brian Gibson, LookSmart's principal accounting officer, who will serve as acting CFO until a permanent CFO is named.
