Media investment firm Liberty Media Corp today signed a deal to buy Wink Communications, which develops interactive television products, for about $100 million in cash. Under the terms of the deal,
expected to close in the third quarter of the year pending Wink shareholder approval, Liberty will merge the acquired company with its Liberty Broadband Interactive Television unit.
