Kevin Kelso has been named EVP/CMO for Farmers Group. Kelso was previously Farmers EVP/president of personal insurance.

He joined Farmers in 1999 as VP/personal lines research and development, and held positions in Farmers' product management and state operations groups before becoming president of Farmers personal insurance in 2002. In 2007, Kelso was promoted to EVP.

Kelso represents Farmers as the chair of the Insurance Research Council's Advisory Board and the vice chair of the Institute for Business and Home Safety. He also serves on the board of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce.
