Yahoo and Hachette Veterans Join Waterfront Media

Waterfront Media, online health company and the operator of Everyday Health, has extended its team with the addition of Bill Drolet as vp of sales. Drolet was sales director of Yahoo's Health and Lifestyle division. Lori Flynn, veteran Woman's Day and Womansday.com director of marketing and sales development, also joins Waterfront Media as marketing director.

In his new role, Drolet will be responsible for further increasing pharmaceutical advertising sales and revenue for Everyday Health. Flynn will work to further develop marketing strategies for Waterfront Media's more than 20 health, diet, and pregnancy sites from the world's most popular and trusted doctors and experts.

Drolet has more than 20 years of media sales experience in broadcasting, cable, Internet and point-of-care marketing, with health care a major focus. While at Yahoo, he led the sales strategy and execution of over $70 million in ad revenue.

Previously, Flynn served as marketing manager for Hachette Filipacchi Media's Corporate Marketing Group and as Marketing Manager for Travel Holiday. During her tenure, WomansDay.com saw a 300% advertising revenue growth.
