Sci Fi Channel says it's developing intellectual property with characters and stories that can live on TV, videogames, comics, movies and digital platforms, thereby increasing the revenue. At its
upfront presentation in New York this week, the network will announce its teaming with Virgin Comics to create a new series called "The Stranded." Also, it wants to find a video game publisher to
create an extension of the TV show.
