Paul Pellman has been named CEO of Click Forensics. In his new role, Pellman will oversee company operations, strategic initiatives and business development activities. Tom Cuthbert, the Austin, Texas-based firm's founder, current president and CEO, will continue in his role as president.

Click Forensics recently closed a $10 million Series B round of funding, and Pellman's appointment as CEO furthers the company's growth strategy. Pellman comes to the PPC traffic quality management firm from Austin Ventures, where he most recently served as Entrepreneur in Residence. Prior to his tenure at the VC firm, Pellman was EVP of marketing for Hoover's.
