David Gauger, president of San Francisco's full-service agency Gauger & Associates, was elected as the new head of the Intermarket Agency Network, a group of 18 non-competitive local independent
agencies that share resources, ideas and market expertise with each other. Gauger succeeds Dick Hadley of Seattle's Hadley Green Creates.
