NBC's in-house ad agency, the NBC Agency, took home 31 awards at last week's Promax/BDA event in New York, part of a total of 123 that the NBC Universal properties won. It operates on both coasts.
Other awards included the BDA World Gold Judges' Choice Award won by the Sci Fi channel, which took home 22 honors in total. The NBCU cable networks USA and Bravo won 16 and 12 awards, respectively.
Promax is a worldwide organization made up of promotion and marketing executives in the television industry, among other areas. BDA is made up of broadcast and multimedia designers.
