Online dating site Match.com will be the exclusive provider of dating services available on the Talk City Personals Channel. The co-branded online channel will provide Talk City users with opportunities to transition from social to romantic connections online, and give them access to the more than 3 million members with profiles posted on the Match.com site. Talk City will work with Match.com to aggressively promote the co-branded channel throughout the Talk City site, including advertising, text links and fixed promotional spots. In addition, Talk City will promote the new Personals Channel through its member mailings.
