Kaminski has been with iProspect for nearly a decade, having started with the agency as a campaign analyst in 2000. In 2006, the firm tasked him with developing its West Coast division, which has since grown to encompass clients including Archstone Smith, VEGAS.com and Nielsen Claritas. In his new role, Kaminski will work with the executive team to help the firm move forward with its strategic goals, while continuing to oversee West Coast operations. --Tameka Kee
