Better Black TV To Launch

A new cable network, Better Black Television, is launching, says Percy Miller, the former Master P. He bills BBTV as a "family-friendly network," and says the goal is to "bring people of color a choice when turning on their television." Content will include health, animation, sitcomes, reality TV, movies, politics and sports.
