STEPHEN ALLAN, previously CEO of GroupM UK, has been named chairman & CEO of MediaCom Worldwide. He succeeds ALEXANDER SCHMIDT-VOGEL, who has taken on the newly established role of CEO global trading of GroupM Worldwide.
