Ernst & young is helping out career-confused college students with a Web site called Insight that shows them what it would be like to work for them. Insight covers a lot, from great interviewing tips to laid-back tours of a day in the life of several actual Ernst & Young employees, complete with video. The simple design and navigation offer great features, such as the ability to compare multiple E&Y career options on one page. Overall, Insight gives users a far more personal feel than most career-based Web sites achieve.
