GERI WANG has been promoted to Sr. VP of Primetime Sales for the ABC Television Network. She most recently served as VP of Primetime Sales for ABC. Also at ABC, Cynthia Ponce has been promoted to Sr. VP of News Sales. She was formerly VP, News Sales.

DR. ED COHEN has been promoted to VP of Domestic Radio Research at The Arbitron Company. Cohen has previously served as Director Of Domestic Radio Research.

GREGG RUBIN, former Regional Director of Sales at the Chicago Sun-Times Newspaper has been named VP of Sales for Vault. STEVE L. SEMONS has joined New Paradigm Advertising as Sr. VP. Most recently he served as VP for The Turk Group. JOHN W. BOLAND is the newly appointed Publisher of Ziff Davis Media Inc.'s Expedia Travels magazine. Most recently, Boland served as the magazine's Associate Publisher.

DAVID C. SWANSON has been named President and COO for R.H. Donnelley Corporation. Swanson had been serving as President of Donnelley Directory Services, a division of the company.

JOYCE M. CUSACK has been named Executive VP and COO for CPO, Inc., a direct response media planning and buying firm. Prior to joining CPO, Cusack served as President and CEO of HFMA Learning Solutions.

BRIDGET ALLEN has been named VP of Television Sales ODAC, Online Digital Advertising Connection. Allen joins ODAC from Enterprise Systems Group, where she was responsible for sales and product development. JOE MCWILLIAMS, formerly Director of Global Advertising Sales for Hoover's Online has been appointed as VP of Advertising Sales for Hoover's Online.

TONY JARVIS has joined MediaCom as Sr. VP, Director of Strategic Insights. He replaces HELEN JOHNSTON, who retired from MediaCom last April as Sr. VP, Director of Media Research.

BETH PFEFFERLE has joined NBC4/Washington as Sales Manager. Most recently served as Sales Manager of that office.

JILLIAN ADAMS has been named Jr. Planner/Buyer at Noble Steed Advertising, agency in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

ARTHUR BURKHART has been promoted to VP of Interactive Strategy at Noble & Associates. Burkhart has over 20 years experience in the foodservice industry and is now leading the digital marketing division at Noble & Associates.
