Burst Media Launches 'Thought Leaders' Network

Burlington, Mass.-based Burst Media is launching the Burst Thought Leaders Network, consisting of 140 Web sites delivering more than 150 million impressions monthly.

The target is an affluent, predominantly male audience age 35 and older. The network includes sites and blogs covering a variety of topics including: news, finance, politics, business, technology and international affairs.

Many of the sites have been prequalified to run custom advertising creative and rich media ad units like expandables and in-banner video as well as high-impact sponsorships and placements. In addition, many sites offer a clickable wallpaper unit powered by AdCamo. Burst properties are the only ad networks currently offering the AdCamo background ad, according to the Scottsdale, Ariz.-based company.--Tanya Irwin
