Discovery Adds To Global Portfolio

Discovery Communications has expanded its global reach, adding a channel on Freeview, the UK's digital TV platform. The channel will launch in early 2009. Discovery has 11 pay-TV channels in the U.K., available through SKY, Virgin Media and other platforms. This is the first on Freeview.
